Another of the islands, Impedia is for those that choose to grow, smoke, import or use other drugs.

 

 The inhabitants of both Perturbia and Impedia do not have free health care, and no cars or public transport exist, but drug use is entirely optional.

 

There is no policing of the drug culture at Impedia.

 

Many of the IT professionals, graphic artists and tele-commuters live in these islands and are paid via a productivity package.
